The Metropolitan Caregiver Connections Collaborative has created some
very useful "tip sheets" that are designed to be used with the
caregivers of elders. The sheets are intended to be used by Living at
Home/Block Nurse Program staff members to sit down with a caregiver and
provide one on one education that is specific to their situation.
Information sheets are provided that can be used by the Program staff
to better understand how to use the tip sheets. Education on use of the
