The Elderberry Institute National Resource Center provides Model dissemination and Program support assistance to several states in the upper Midwest--currently including Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota, and Wisconsin.
Thanks to generous gifts from The Bush Foundation, the Blandin Foundation and the Retirement Research Foundation, Elderberry Institute is currently able to offer limited Seeding Funds for new startup Programs in six upper Midwest states (IL, IA, MN, ND, SD, WI). If your community desires to start a local Program and wishes to apply for this funding assistance, see the Request for Proposals link under Breaking News. Additional rounds of Seeding Funds are issued periodically as funding becomes available.
