SULAH is a neighborhood-based and neighborhood-governed, non-profit program. Our purpose is to improve the quality of life for our neighborhood seniors and to help them continue to live at home for as long as possible.
SULAH serves the Summit University (District 8) neighborhood in St. Paul. The boundaries are University Avenue on the north, John Ireland Boulevard to the east, Summit Avenue to the south, and Lexington Parkway to the west. |
