The Conway-Battle Creek LAH/BNP is a neighborhood program that enables
seniors to continue living in the homes they love in our community.
We work with each senior and their family to identify and meet their needs using a variety
of community services. We can help with volunteer services, nursing services,
respite and caregiver support. Nursing services are provided by our "Block Nurse"
through a business agreement with Recover Health. Nursing services that are not
covered by insurance or other programs can be arranged on a sliding fee scale. We also offer a Foot Care Clinic on the first and forth Tuesday of

Our program is governed by area residents. We work with area churches, schools,
and other private and public agencies. We are a non-profit organiztion that was
founded in 1996. We receive public and private funds and individual contributions.
